Dish With Me is an event planning platform that helps hosts create dinner parties, invite guests, coordinate dish contributions, and manage RSVPs through web, SMS, and email communications.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Authentication is handled through email magic links and phone verification codes. You agree to provide accurate contact information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam or unsolicited messaging
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. SMS and Email Communications

By using Dish With Me, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages and emails related to events you host or are invited to. Standard messaging rates may apply.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you create (event details, messages, etc.). You grant Dish With Me a license to use this content solely to provide the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dish With Me is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
